Managing Partner - Brian Coffey


Brian graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Business Management. He has been in the financial services industry for over 16 years. He began his career with New York Life in 2009 as a Partner in the Kentucky General Office. Since then he has won several awards, including Top 50 Partner, Gathering of Eagles, the Career Commitment Award, and Partner of the Year. He was promoted to Senior Partner in September 2015.

Brian is married to Autumn, together they have three children: Peyton, Tyler, and Carolina.


Sales Development Manager - Alex Aderman

Alex is the Sales Development Manager for New York Life Insurance Company’s Milwaukee General Office. As the Sales Development Manager, Alex is responsible for the training and development of all agents of in the Milwaukee General Office, with a special emphasis on agents in their first three years in the company.

Alex joined New York Life as an agent in Madison, Wisconsin in 2013. He has earned multiple awards with the company, and was quickly promoted to the position of Sales Development Manager in 2015.

Alex is dedicated to making sure his agents have the confidence and competence to be successful in the field. Through a combination of coaching and training techniques, he guides his agents through New York Life’s award winning NYLIC University curriculum. 


Administrative Manager - Carol Wartchow-Mihas

Carol began her career with New York Life in the Milwaukee General Office.  Carol has achieved numerous positions with increased responsibilities which brought her to the Administrative Manager position 17 years ago.

Carol brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization, demonstrating a strong work ethic and team involvement. Our agents consistently rank Carol and her Staff extremely high in the customer service area, and have come to rely on her expertise and empathy.  She was awarded the  Company’s Best in the Class Award for 2015 based on the Business Operations and Customer Service Survey Results for the Milwaukee office.  

Carol is a firm believer in goal setting and works closely with her staff in managing those goals.  As a tool to her success, Carol is resourceful and approaches the position of Administrative Manager with a positive attitude that is contagious.
